Is Procurify an online store?

No.

Procurify is a B2B procurement platform where buyers can discover industrial products, compare products/suppliers, request quotations, and connect directly with qualified vendors for industrial procurement.

Is registration free?

Yes.

Basic registration for buyers and suppliers is free. Premium business features and value-added services are offered at very competitive prices with 100% guaranteed ROI.

How can I become a buyer at procurify?

To onboard as buyer signup to the platform as customer. You will be onboarded as customer admin. Now create your team of technical approver and buyer.

Once Buyer login credentials received, login as buyer, now you can see your technical approver scored products list ready for procurement.

Is procurify assign role of buyer and technical approver?

No.

Once you signup as customer, you will be assigned role of customer admin. Customer admin can only create further technical approver and buyer roles.

Technical approver can only see products technical features of product/s, provide ratings for product or can reject the product/s if not suitable to the requirement, commercial fields are hidden for the technical approver.

Technical Approver can only create a RFQ for unlisted product requirements by providing the requirement details.

Buyer can only see basic, technical and commercial details of approved product/s with technical ratings provided their respective technical approver.

Buyer can only place orders for listed products. All other roles are not allowed to place orders.

How can I become a supplier at procurify?

To onboard as supplier register your company by signup as supplier. Once your company details are verified by procurify by physical verification/online verification you will be onboarded as supplier.

Once you onboarded as supplier you will be auto assigned to seller admin role.

Seller admin need to create their own team of sales manager and order processor.

Sales manager is only allowed to list the product/s with basic, technical and commercial details of product/s.

Order processor is only allowed to process the order/update status of order/generate invoice for the product/RFQ uploaded by respective sales manager.

Can I request products that are not listed?

Yes.

If the required product is unavailable, Fill in your requirement details product name, product short and long description, technical details, quantity, delivery location, and technical specifications. The enquiry is forwarded to the relevant suppliers.

Please note the more information you provide for the requirement more accurately procurify can match and map right suppliers for your requirement.

Can I upload drawings and technical specifications?

Yes.

Buyers can upload:

Will my enquiry remain confidential?

Yes.

Procurify facilitates connections between buyers and suppliers. Buyers are encouraged to verify supplier credentials, certifications, technical compliance, and commercial terms before placing orders.

Who can become a supplier?

Manufacturers, OEMs, Authorized Dealers, Stockists, Traders, Importers, Fabricators, Machine Shops, Engineering Companies, and Industrial Service Providers can register as suppliers with valid CIN & GSTN number.

Can I sell across India?

Yes.

Suppliers can receive enquiries from buyers across and, where applicable, from international customers.

How do I list my products?

After supplier registration:

• Sales manager login to your dashboard.
• Add products
• Upload images
• Add specifications
• Add Technical data sheet, specifications of product.
• Mention applicable industries
• Publish the listing

Your products will be reviewed by the technical approvers of customers; approved products will be listed and searchable for buyers.

Can I update product information later?

Yes.

Sales managers can edit their product details, pricing, specifications, images, and availability anytime from their dashboard.

Is there any limit on product listings?

Free accounts may have listing limits depending on platform policy. Premium plans will allow additional listings and advanced features.

What is an RFQ?

RFQ (Request for Quotation) is a formal request sent by a buyer to obtain techno- commercial quotations from multiple suppliers for a specific product or service.

Can I request custom manufacturing?

Yes.

Currently, commercial negotiations and payments are handled directly between buyers and suppliers; Procurify offers secured chatbot system for one to one communication between buyers and suppliers.

Does Procurify charge commission?

Platform policies regarding subscription fees or commissions are communicated transparently to all the users before onboard.

Can international suppliers join?

No.

Currently, procurify.in is only focused towards empowering Indian MSMEs, SME’s, OEM’s and other manufacturers registered in India.

Who manages product delivery?

Delivery is arranged by the supplier based on agreed Incoterms, transportation method, and commercial conditions.

Can buyers specify delivery requirements?

Yes.
