Description
Warman® AH® Slurry Pump
For over 60 years, the traditional Warman® AH® slurry pump has provided excellent wear life while maintaining efficiency during the wear cycle, delivering the best total operating cost.
These pumps are designed for a wide range of erosive and/or corrosive applications, and are typically used for slurries containing high concentrations of erosive solids or where an extremely heavy duty-slurry pump is required.
With the WRT® impeller and throatbush upgrade, Warman® AH® slurry pumps offer the following benefits:
Improved hydraulic profiles
Reduced turbulence
Material: Ductile iron outer casings, high chrome white iron impeller, high chrome white iron or elastomer liners and throatbush
Sizes available: 25mm to 450mm discharge.
Warman® AHPP Slurry Pump
Compared to the Warman® AH®, the Warman® AHPP slurry pump offers the highest pressure rating of all pumps in the Warman® AH® range.
Designed to operate in a series / multi-stage pump installations, this high-pressure centrifugal pump is particularly suited to handling high-density slurry applications (e.g. tailings) with a maximum pressure of 6900kPa.
These high-pressure pumps offer the following benefits:
Allows series pumping of very dense slurries
Saves the cost of supporting systems like gland water supply in the alternative design of several pump houses along the transport line
Material: Ductile iron outer casings, high chrome white iron impeller, high chrome white iron or elastomer liners and throatbush
Sizes available: 100mm to 450mm discharge
